A receipt by email and instant access to your account, where you download the product files. Themes, plugins and scripts also come with a licence key.
Can I try a product before buying?
Yes. Every theme and Elementor kit has a live demo on demos.alulethmarketing.com, so you can click through every page first.
Which licence do I need?
Choose Single site for one website, Unlimited sites if you build sites for several clients, and Lifetime if you want unlimited sites and updates forever. See the Licences page for details.
Do the Elementor kits need Elementor Pro?
Aurel, Kova and Sauge use Elementor Pro features such as the Theme Builder, popups and forms. Ascua and Sonvik work with the free Elementor.
Are the demo photos included?
No. Photos and videos in the demos are licensed for preview only. The downloads include placeholder images that you replace with your own.
How do updates work?
When we release an update, the new version appears in your account. Themes and plugins with an active licence can also update from the WordPress dashboard.
Can I use a product for client websites?
Yes. Use the Unlimited or Lifetime licence for themes, plugins and scripts. Elementor kits can be used for your own and your clients’ websites.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments go through secure checkout with our payment partners. We never see or store your card details.
Do you charge VAT or sales tax?
Prices are set in US dollars and include VAT or sales tax. At checkout, Paddle charges you in your local currency when it supports it (euros, for example), otherwise in US dollars. The currency selector shows approximate prices in euros or Philippine pesos.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if a product does not work as described and we cannot fix it. Read our refund policy for the details.
