This policy explains what personal data Aluleth Corp LLC collects when you use market.alulethmarketing.com, why we collect it, and the rights you may have under applicable privacy laws, including the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) if you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom.
This policy is written in English. If we provide a translation into another language, the English version shall prevail in case of any inconsistency.
1. Data controller and privacy contact
The data controller is Aluleth Corp LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, Office 293, 254 Chapman Rd, Suite 101-B, Newark, DE 19702, USA.
For any question or request about your personal data, write to our privacy contact at contact@market.alulethmarketing.com with the subject “Privacy”. We aim to answer within one month.
2. What we collect and why
For individuals in the EEA and the UK, we indicate the legal basis under the GDPR for each type of processing. For others, we process your data as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, and pursue our legitimate business interests.
- Orders and account (name, email, billing address and country, order history, downloads, licence keys): to deliver your products and licences. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Invoices and tax data: to meet our accounting and tax obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Payments: handled by our payment partners, who receive the data needed to take the payment. We never see or store your full card details.
- Licence activation (the website address where a licence is activated): to manage activations and deliver updates. Legal basis: contract.
- Newsletter (email address): only if you subscribe and confirm. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link.
- Contact form and support chat (name, email, your message and, if you give it, your order number): to answer you. Legal basis: steps before a contract or our legitimate interest in helping our customers (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
- Security and technical data (essential cookies, and a one-way hashed version of your IP address for rate limiting): to keep the cart, checkout and account working and to prevent abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
3. Support chat and AI
Our support chat first answers with prepared replies. When our AI assistant is switched on, your chat messages are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic PBC (USA), only to generate a reply; they are not used by us for any other purpose. Our AI provider acts as a data processor on our behalf and is contractually required to protect your data. Please do not share passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the chat. If you ask to contact our team from the chat, your name, email address and question are sent to us by email and stored in our customer database.
4. Cookies
We only use cookies that are necessary for the shop to work (essential cookies for cart, checkout, login, language choice).
5. Who receives your data
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the shop (payment processors, hosting, email delivery, and the AI provider for the support chat) and only for that purpose, under contracts that protect your data. We never sell your personal data.
- Payments and orders: Paddle.com Market Ltd (United Kingdom). Paddle is our online reseller and Merchant of Record. It processes your order, payment, billing address and tax information, and sends your receipt, as an independent controller under its own privacy notice. We receive the order details we need to deliver your product, licence and support.
6. International transfers
We are based in the United States, so your data is processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA). When personal data from the EEA or the UK is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or our providers’ certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
7. How long we keep it
- Order and invoice data: as long as accounting and tax laws require (generally up to 10 years).
- Account data: while your account is open.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Support messages: as long as needed to help you, then deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws, such as the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to contact@market.alulethmarketing.com.
If you live in the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, and the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell your personal data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version is always published on this page, with its date at the top.
